Whom Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a

Senior Ecommerce Operations Associate

who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations including order management, inventory control, shipping logistics, and customer service. This is a critical role that demands strong operational expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or supply chain operations Strong proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management tools, and reporting Experience working with courier integrations and order management systems

Nice to Have

Experience with platforms like Shopify or similar Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms like ZOHO Prior experience managing a small team or supervising junior staff Familiarity with warehouse processes and stock auditing

What We Offer

Salary: ?22,000-?28,000/month
