Job Description

Responsible for driving ecommerce growth, brand visibility, and revenue by managing end-to-end website operations, optimizing product listings, enhancing customer experience, and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Lead the daily operations and overall management of the ecommerce store, including product promotion, event planning, sales performance monitoring, and process optimization. Develop and execute advanced operational strategies such as keyword optimization, inventory planning, promotional campaigns, and conversion-focused initiatives to maximize traffic and sales. Continuously track and analyze ecommerce data, customer behavior, and sales reports to refine strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehousing, logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless product launches and efficient operations. Prepare periodic performance reports, highlight key insights, recommend improvements, and provide leadership support to the ecommerce team. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, while ensuring high ROI and measurable results. Oversee SEO and content marketing strategies, maintain social media accounts, and align brand storytelling with promotional campaigns to enhance online presence.

Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related fields.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ecommerce/website sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong command of English (speaking, writing, and comprehension). Proven expertise in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and paid advertising strategies. Leadership, organizational, and team management abilities with a result-oriented approach. Proficiency in analytical tools, MS Office, Adobe, and ecommerce-related software.
