Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing footwear brand selling across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify and more. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager who has worked specifically in the footwear category and can independently manage all online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Handle end-to-end operations on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify etc.
Manage catalogue listings, product uploads, pricing updates, size sets and style management.
Monitor content quality, images, keywords, SEO and customer experience.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
Daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute sales targets according to platform data insights.
Track rebates, fees, commissions, returns and profitability metrics.
Advertising & Promotion:
Manage platform ads (Amazon PPC, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads etc.).
Optimize ad spends for maximum ROI.
Coordinate for deals, promotions, campaigns and visibility boosters.
Inventory & Operations:
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, stock planning and replenishment.
Maintain ideal inventory levels to avoid OOS or overstock.
Analyze return trends and improve product/operational efficiency.
Strategy & Growth:
Develop monthly sales strategies and growth plans.
Benchmark competitor pricing, catalog and campaigns.
Prepare performance reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce account management.
Mandatory experience in footwear category on marketplace platforms.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce panels like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify.
Excellent skills in data analysis, Excel, reports, and marketplace tools.
Ability to strategize sales growth independently.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
Full-time, on-site role.
