Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords)
Handle catalog management, pricing, promotions, and deals
Plan and execute Amazon advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads)
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI
Manage inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and FBA coordination
Handle customer queries, returns, and claims
Coordinate with Amazon support for cases, suspensions, and escalations
Track competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
Expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
