About the Role:



We are looking for a highly driven and analytical

Senior E-commerce Manager

to lead our brand's online marketplace operations across

Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other e-commerce channels

.

This role requires deep expertise in marketplace management, online sales strategy, performance marketing, and brand merchandising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing visibility, and ensuring seamless execution of e-commerce operations across all partner platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Management & Growth



Lead and manage brand presence across

Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra

, and other third-party marketplaces. Build and execute

sales strategies

to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Manage product listings, pricing, content, offers, and category visibility. Analyze platform data and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop marketplace-specific plans for new launches, promotions, and events.

Operations & Coordination



Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations. Oversee

inventory management

, stock planning, and replenishment to prevent stock-outs or overstocking. Collaborate with logistics partners and account managers for timely order fulfillment and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines and operational standards.

Performance & Optimization



Monitor

sales performance, ad spend, ROAS, and product visibility

across platforms. Optimize A+ content, keywords, product images, and descriptions for higher conversions. Manage

advertising campaigns

on Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Nykaa Sponsored campaigns. Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis. Generate detailed reports and present business insights to management.

Brand & Marketing Integration



Work closely with marketing teams to align brand campaigns with e-commerce promotions. Execute seasonal and influencer-driven campaigns on marketplaces. Maintain consistent brand representation across all online retail touchpoints. Coordinate with creative teams to develop impactful banners, videos, and content for listings.

Pay: ?12,436.81 - ?53,483.66 per month
