Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

E-commerce Manager

to manage and grow our online business across

marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.)

as well as our

own website (Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento)

. The role requires ownership of

sales, catalog, website performance, marketing coordination, and account health

, ensuring smooth operations and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Marketplace Management



Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with high content quality and SEO best practices Ensure catalog hygiene: resolve quality issues, suppressions, duplicate listings, and violations Monitor account health, policy compliance, and handle seller support cases Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns Track marketplace KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, Buy Box, and rankings

Website (D2C) Management



Manage day-to-day operations of the company website (Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento) Ensure accurate product uploads, pricing, offers, and inventory sync Improve website conversion rate (CRO), user experience, and checkout flow Coordinate with developers for website enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

Sales, Marketing & Growth



Drive online sales growth across marketplaces and website Coordinate with digital marketing teams for: Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns Analyze data and optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix Plan product launches and go-to-market strategies

Inventory, Order & Operations Management



Forecast demand and manage inventory planning across channels Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams Monitor order fulfillment, returns, refunds, RTO, and customer experience Ensure minimal stock-outs and healthy inventory turnover

Team & Stakeholder Management



Manage and mentor listing executives, catalog managers, and operations team Coordinate with creative teams for images, videos, and content Work closely with finance for reconciliation, payouts, and profitability analysis Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong hands-on experience with

marketplace seller portals

Experience managing

Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento websites

Solid understanding of listing SEO, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals Strong analytical skills with Excel, MIS, and reporting Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in

Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle / D2C brands

(preferred) Experience handling large catalogs (500+ SKUs) Knowledge of automation tools, ERP, or inventory management systems
