Lead online sales operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and global marketplaces.
Create and execute sales strategies to drive consistent month-over-month revenue growth.
Manage pricing, offers, promotions, and campaigns with a focus on high ROI and conversion and FBA Operations Management
Monitor product rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics to maximize visibility and sales.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to drive aggressive sales and marketing actions.
Track and optimize key sales KPIs: Revenue, AOV, ROI, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Operations & Fulfillment
Oversee daily marketplace operations including order processing, dispatch, and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and reduced RTOs.
Maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms; prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Ensure product listings, catalog updates, images, and content remain optimized and error-free.
Resolve operational issues such as order delays, payment disputes, listing errors, and platform alerts.
Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and service levels; work with teams to reduce complaints and enhance CX.
Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and reduce operational leakages.
What Makes You the Right Fit
? 5+ years' experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Sales & Operations (healthcare/medical devices preferred).
? Demonstrated success in sales growth, operational excellence, and channel optimization.
? Strong command of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, ads, inventory dashboards, and operational consoles.
? Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing both sales and operational workflows independently.
? Strategic thinker with ownership mindset across P&L, marketplace health, and revenue growth.
