We offer unique designs in silver, rose gold, and yellow gold finishes, shipping our pieces to customers around the world. As we grow in Japan, we're seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to strengthen our online presence and global sales.

We are looking for a

Senior E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our digital sales channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong technical and marketing skills, and proven experience in luxury or lifestyle e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms (eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc.) Monitor and update product listings, inventory, pricing, and content Develop and execute online marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, and social media) Analyze sales data and web traffic to improve conversion rates Coordinate with the creative and logistics teams for smooth product launches and order fulfillment Optimize customer experience through website improvements and customer service support Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sector Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon.com, eBay, Etsy preferred) and digital marketing tools Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
