About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online book sales across various platforms. You will be responsible for listing management, inventory coordination, promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversions Plan and execute online campaigns, discounts, and promotional offers Monitor customer feedback and assist in issue resolution Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitors Knowledge of Google SEO is a bonus

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in publishing, retail, or FMCG Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub Strong communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce analytics

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
