We are seeking a dynamic Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and oversee our online sales strategy, managing product listings, marketing campaigns, and driving overall growth across all ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior and online retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy:

Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other ecommerce reporting systems to track performance, analyze customer behavior, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Customer Experience:

Focus on improving the customer journey, providing outstanding service, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Market Research:

Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and market shifts

Order Processing:

To make sure that the whole team is doing it correctly, if not guide them.
