Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace coordination, promotions, and customer satisfaction across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions across all online marketplaces. Monitor inventory, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch. Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns to increase visibility and sales. Analyze sales reports, traffic data, and product performance for improvement. Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries professionally. Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams for banner updates and product creatives. Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management. Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SEO and online marketing tools. Experience in order management systems (OMS) or ERP software. Basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Photoshop).
