Profile Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior E-commerce Accountant

with

7-9 years of experience

in

E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Export accounting

. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in

GST & TDS compliance, MIS reporting, payroll management, vendor reconciliation, and statutory filings

. Must be proficient in

Tally Prime/ERP, Advanced Excel, MyGSTcafe, Computax

, with hands-on experience in

reconciliation across e-commerce platforms

such as

Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Tata1mg, and Hyuga life

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

complete bookkeeping

for e-commerce, manufacturing, and export business verticals.

Oversee

e-commerce accounting, transaction tracking, and multi-portal reconciliations

(Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Tata1mg, HealthXP, Hyuga Life).

Perform

Tally Prime/ERP accounting

, dashboard reconciliation with payment gateways, and ensure accurate MIS reporting.

Ensure timely

GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GSTR2A/2B reconciliation, TDS returns (24Q & 26Q), Income Tax filings

.

Handle

monthly MIS reporting, vendor payments, salary processing, ESIC & EPF compliance

.

Monitor

accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation

, and monthly book closing.

Support

finalization of books of accounts

and preparation of financial statements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and compliance.

Provide insights and analysis to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

E-commerce reconciliations, GST, TDS, ESIC, EPF & statutory compliance

.

Proficiency in

Tally Prime/ERP, MyGSTcafe, Computax & Advanced Excel

; knowledge of

Zoho Books or similar ERP

will be a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.

Strong knowledge of

MIS reporting, payroll, and vendor management

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

7-9 years of proven experience

in Accounting & Finance, preferably in

FMCG, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Export sectors

.

CA/ICWA Inter or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
