Role Purpose
The Senior Teacher Trainer is responsible for
shaping, standardising, and elevating teaching practice
across Teachifyy's diploma programs.
This is not a delivery-only role.

judgement, standards, and mentorship role

You will:
Define what good teachingactually looks like
Translate pedagogy into
real classroom execution
Ensure every teacher trained under Teachifyy meets a
clear professional bar
Key Responsibilities1. Pedagogical Leadership
Set
non-negotiable teaching standards
for early years and primary education
Interpret child development theory into
practical classroom decisions
Ensure alignment between curriculum intent and classroom reality
2. Teacher Evaluation & Feedback
Observe teaching demonstrations, micro-teaching, and practicum sessions
Deliver
direct, professional feedback

Identify gaps in classroom control, communication, and instructional clarity
3. Mentorship & Capability Building
Mentor trainee teachers and junior trainers
Guide teachers on:
Classroom authority
Lesson flow and pacing
Child engagement without chaos
Intervene early when teaching quality does not meet standards
4. Program Integrity
Review and refine training frameworks, rubrics, and assessment criteria
Ensure Teachifyy diplomas remain
outcome-driven
, not syllabus-driven
Flag dilution risks and protect program credibility
5. Institutional Representation
Act as a
pedagogical authority figure
for Teachifyy
Represent the organisation in academic discussions, school partnerships, and audits when required
Who This Role Is For
