Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Duties:
Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 using custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Develop and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
Build and maintain custom integrations using Dynamics 365 Web API, CRM SDK, and external systems.
Write and maintain custom code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Perform solution packaging, deployment, and environment management across development, test, and production.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and best practice implementation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization.
Skills:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CRM).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Experience with CRM Plugins, custom workflows, and business process automation.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Web API, CRM SDK, and tools such as Visual Studio and XrmToolBox.
Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
Familiarity with solution lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and environment administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform technical solutions.
Hands-on experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.
Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, XrmToolBox, and Dynamics 365 CE Web API.
Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or another engineering or technical discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $53.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
