About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Consultant... In this role, you will: Audit Engagement Responsibilities Maintain ongoing routines with all relevant audit and testing teams Track all audit, testing, and exam engagements on FCO audit and engagements (A&E) calendar Perform A&E calendar updates and publishing Conduct audit/testing readiness assessments 90 days prior to audit kickoff Coordinate and facilitate audit kickoffs, walkthroughs, requests for information, and possibly status meetings Track and manage all audit requests and responses Assist in drafting audit responses in partnership with the FCO business Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business enablement reporting to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives Production of key risk metrics and management information for business enablement function and control management Identify opportunities for process improvement within business enablement processes Essential Qualifications required: Graduation in any stream. 6+ years of experience in Financial Crimes or Regulatory Compliance Familiarity with and working knowledge of BSA/AML programs including all aspects of KYC and / or other related risk and regulatory disciplines. ACAMS Certification desired but not essential Desired Qualifications: Good understanding of operational risk management in the financial services or other highly regulated industries. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management. Demonstrate positive attitude and readiness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
