About the Role



We are looking for a client-focused and detail-oriented (Senior) Associate - Due Diligence and Regulatory Reporting Associate to support our Australian clients. In this role, you will help manage due diligence processes and Target Market Determinations (TMDs). You will be the main contact for clients, lead meetings, manage ongoing projects, and help improve our compliance tools.

Responsibilities:



Review and assess responses from various counterparties and assist with risk assessments during Australian clients' due diligence processes. Act as the first point of contact for client queries and lead client meetings independently. Manage multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery. Create reports for clients and their dedicated committees. Support clients with audit or regulatory reviews, particularly when information is extracted from the Zeidler platform. Liaise with various stakeholders, including international clients, the translation team, service providers, financial regulators, and internal teams. Review and draft complex due diligence questionnaires for a range of counterparties (distributors, central administrators, investment managers, etc.). Assist with IT projects by contributing to the improvement and development of the online counterparty due diligence tool on the Zeidler Swift platform. Develop and maintain Australian Target Market Determinations (TMDs) for multiple investment managers, ensuring ongoing accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with distribution platforms to support compliance and improve transparency in regulatory reporting. Assist with TMD-related reporting by generating and delivering ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Provide clear and actionable feedback to backend development teams to support the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the TMD platform (both backend and frontend). Oversee the regular maintenance of TMD deliverables in internal systems to ensure accurate and timely client billing.

About You



Required skills:



Background in financial services or asset management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders. Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous, methodical approach to work. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through reliably. Client-focused mindset with a friendly, collaborative, and professional communication style. Comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team within an international and dynamic workplace. Genuine interest in software and technology.

Desired Skills:

Education:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
