Senior Draughtsman

at Thane

Designation:- Senior Draughtsman - Logistic Park (Industrial Construction)

Experience: 6+ years

Salary- upto 60K

Location- Thane

Key Responsibilities

*Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for warehouse and real estate projects using AutoCAD and other design tools.

*Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.

*Update and maintain drawing logs, design libraries, and documentation.

*Review and revise drawings based on technical feedback and regulatory requirements.

*Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

*Conduct on-site visits (if required) for drawing verification and coordination.

Requirements

*Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

*7 to 10 years of experience as a draughtsman in real estate, industrial, or warehouse projects.

*Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

*Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural detailing, and building bylaws.

*Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 09.00am to 06.30pm
