Role Purpose
----------------
The role holder will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for Power Transmission projects, including overhead Transmission Lines and Substations.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings and schematics for Power Transmission systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
Collaborate with Engineers and Designers to develop Transmission Line layouts, profiles, and structure configurations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Perform revisions and updates to existing drawings based on feedback from Engineers and Project Managers.
Maintain document control and ensure proper filing of all project-related drawings and records.
Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and bill of materials.
Conduct site visits, when necessary, to gather field data and validate design accuracy.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
--------------------------------------
Min ITI/ Diploma or Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
O3(Junior Assistant): Min 3 years' experience
O4(Assistant): Min 5 years' experience
* O5(Senior Assistant): Min 7 years' experience
