PRoSE is a Portfolio Construction and Rebalancing system used by SSGA Portfolio managers to manage the Liability Driven Investment (LDI) and solutions portfolios for rebalancing, managing exposures and client overlay strategies for commingled, separately managed and externally managed funds. This solution provides predefined trade rebalancing algorithms and future considerations helping the PMs on investment decisions. It interacts with trading, holdings, compliance, risk, custom benchmarks, funding ratio monitors, portfolio optimizer and various applications. Who we are looking for SSGA is looking for a Strong .net candidate with 10+ of experience in .net WPF technologies involved in UI design and development of thick client in finance industry (trading & portfolio construction). The candidate will own the UI deliverables of the PRoSE system, in .net WPF technologies integrated to the Java services. PRoSE application has complex UI components that includes multiple tabs with nested master details records, rules validation and compliance check at UI level, parallel lazy loading, concurrent updates, editable grids, popups and notification and . UI deliverables include technical design (high level & low level), estimation, planning, development, integration, deployment and technical support. The candidate should also have experience with the DevExpress WPF components. What the candidate will be responsible for Individual contributor will own the UI deliverables of PRoSE application which is built on .net WPF technology and also using DevExpress tools Design Prototype, Wireframe for thick clients Develop, Integrate and Release the UI components Integrate backend layers using REST client calls with the required level of security implementation Render the UI components and enable the functions using role based security Adopt the guidelines as per the UI roadmap of office of State Street Architecture Review and support peer deliverables Mentor other team members in UI layer Effective collaboration with the Boston, Business counterparts and other application teams Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in IT industry Proven strong programming experience as .net thick client using WPF technologies and DevExpress tools, preferably working on high performing real time globally distributed systems Good experience in prototype, Wire Frame and working in multiple UI technologies (thick client) Good experience in Web Security, RESTFul Web Service Integration Experience working in investment banking / asset management, preferably Front Office IT, with exposure to the business Preferred working in Cloud migration projects Strong analytic, problem solving, and collaborative skills Bachelor\'s Degree or more
