Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full software development lifecycle -- from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance. Design and develop complex applications using

VB.NET

. Architect and optimize database solutions using

SQL Server

and

Entity Framework

. Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and production incidents. Contribute to technical documentation, design specifications, and project planning. Stay updated with emerging .NET technologies and recommend process improvements.
