Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead

who is not only technically strong but also capable of

leading a team and managing projects end-to-end

. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in

team mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers working on the Microsoft technology stack. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using

.NET Core, C#, Web API, and Azure services

. Participate in

architecture discussions

and make technical decisions aligned with business goals. Review technical designs and code quality; enforce best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, UI/UX, Project Managers) to ensure smooth delivery. Manage

project timelines, sprint planning, and task delegation

. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; provide status updates and manage expectations. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Drive process improvements and contribute to continuous delivery and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years

of experience in software development with strong expertise in:

.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

Azure Services

(Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, App Service, Key Vault, App Insights)

Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server

Experience in

Agile/Scrum

methodologies and sprint planning. Hands-on experience with

Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines

. Strong understanding of

design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture

. Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage client interactions and team dynamics. Exposure to

front-end frameworks

like Angular/TypeScript (nice to have).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
