Key Responsibilities:

Building email campaigns database selection and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns Email campaign set up scheduling testing and deployment of one time recurring triggered and dynamic content driven campaigns Develop and manage personalization strategy for campaigns improve response rates Recommends email marketing best practices Track and analyze the email marketing campaigns for key metrics also owns business metrics lead generation account nurturing Ensure effective internal and external governance structure Lead the business reviews with senior leadership and clients Process management and process documentation Build an effective training structure in the team Do a periodic training need analysis check of the team and ensure required knowledge is impacted Stakeholder management often across multiple geographies Prompt and proactive communication with the stakeholders via email phone IM on the projects People management lead the team of 20 develop goals for the team and do career pathing Reviews the staffing plan and work allocation plan in order to achieve production requirement Reviews the service quality plan including the quality control assurance and improvement in order to create a comprehensive quality program for the specific process es Provides inputs from an operations perspective to the SOW in order to complete the contractual process Creates the improvement plan in discussion with the customer in order to enhance customer satisfaction

Minimum 8 9 years in email marketing preferably in B2B Services Industry with Global exposure Hands on experience in activation and nurturing programs managing large databases profiling and segmentation Knowledge of CDO setup and Program Builder Should have prior experience on creating Advanced Campaigns A B Testing designing multi channel Cross channel campaigns and event triggered recurring campaigns Strong analytical and quantitative skill Expert in using SQL Excel to manipulate data and perform high level or granular analysis Hands on experience with platforms like Eloqua Marketo etc Preferably Eloqua Fair understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript Jquery Track and analyze the email marketing campaigns for key metrics also owns business metrics lead generation account nurturing Use statistical analysis past campaign behavioral response to create email campaigns optimize lists segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns Manage the technology to scale email marketing programs and improve effectiveness Professional experience in a corporate environment Bachelor s Degree Process management and documentation Experience in managing a team and client relation
