Senior domain lead needed for Practice team under Marine domain

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Marine claims management and processing Demurrage Cargo Shipping Industry Import and Export Documentation Port operations Shipping Marine Insurance Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients Responsible for end to end Service delivery and SLAs Attend process level meetings i e client facing Support Management with insights on the process domain decisions Bachelor s degree Business Administration Logistics Maritime Studies or related field Preferred A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage Experience of 10 12 years including BPM environment
