The role
Clifford Chance is seeking a Head of Technology Learning & Development (L&D) to lead the Tech L&D Centre of Excellence (L&D CoE)., and to develop and implement learning strategies, manage training programs, and track learning effectiveness. The candidate will be a critical player in developing technology related learning experiences which enlighten, educate, and inspire CC employees.
Who you will work with
As Head of Technology Learning & Development you will closely work with the Global Technology Services Director, Regional Technology Directors and Managers, Legal Tech Advisory as well as other stakeholders in the firm.
What you will be responsible for
As the Head of the L&D CoE, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging technology-specific learning and training solutions to employees across the firm. Your aim will be to train, upskill and create awareness of the range of core and value-adding IT products and services. You will be results orientated and will use data to help drive and analyze success metrics. You will possess a consultative and collaborative skillset and will be able to partner effectively with a wide range of senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop delivery mechanisms which drive adoption of our solutions.
