The role requires strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational and management skills. Candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail and are skilled at problem-solving and decision-making that ensures on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Load Booking after negotiating best possible Rates to ensure profitability.
Driver Planning & Dispatching of the Load
Making/Receiving Calls from Drivers & Brokers to maintain clear communication.
Track & trace of all the vehicles to meet ETA.
Ensuring HoS and log book maintenance of Drivers through ELD
Handling On Road/Off Road maintenance of the Trucks & Trailers & maintaining proper record.
Hiring & Training of Dispatchers & Drivers
Billing Support wherever required.
Qualifications
Experience required: 8 Years Overall/4+ years in Logistics
Excellent communication skill
Graduation Must
