Job Summary

Role Description

Professional services at Elemica is seeking a Senior Director who is responsible for leading the estimation, upgrade, and enhancement of industry leading solutions on .Net platform with 300+ customers. You will lead a team of engineers and work closely with services sales, professional services delivery, and Product and Technology teams on value generating, mission critical solutions for customers across the globe. You will be responsible for creating a world class organization that estimates and delivers upgraded solutions and enhancements.

Responsibilities

Lead the estimation team for new customer projects, upgrades, and change requests for .net and SAP shipment execution solutions deployed across a wide customer base Develop and deploy processes and templates that effectively estimate, plan, and deliver the solution; enable latest development and deployment technologies and processes across .net platforms Provide direction, set goals, and lead the team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in delivering estimates and enhanced solutions to a demanding customer base Partner closely with sales in establishing and communicating upgrade path for existing customers Provide technical leadership for .Net platform to the team. Develop and organize the team to effectively estimate, enhance, and upgrade the customers' solutions Leverage cutting edge technologies such as Generative AI, ML, and Deep Learning to drive productivity in estimation and delivery, and operationalize value additive, commercially viable use cases for end customers

Experience and Skills Required

17+ years of experience developing and maintaining supply chain products or solutions for global customers. Experience in shipment execution, transportation lifecycle management, and logistics. Hands-on Experience in .Net development and application deployment. Technical experience in Dotnet, C#, MVC, Angular, and IIS Experience in performance engineering, security, extensibility, and scalability Experience withJIRA and GIT Hub Management experience in hiring, motivating, and retaining a team. Logical reasoning, problem solving, critical thinking, data analysis, and creativity. Clear oral and written communication.

Education and Certification

Bachelor's degree in computer science MBA/MS/MSc preferred
