We are looking for a Senior Director Product to define and scale our product vision, build breakthrough AI systems, and lead the product team end-to-end.

Requirements
What You'll Own

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for agentic AI systems across our platform.
• Build and scale 0?1 products that automate workflows across industries.
• Partner with Engineering to develop agent orchestration, AI copilots, workflow automation, evaluations, and platform capabilities.
• Run rapid experiments, prototypes, PoCs, and iterate with high velocity.
• Drive enterprise product readiness: security, reliability, extensibility, integrations.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success & Solutions to ensure strong adoption and customer impact.
• Build and lead a world-class product organization as we scale.
• Own product outcomes: customer adoption, workflow coverage, value delivered, retention.

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years experience in Product Management, with strong exposure to AI/LLMs/Automation/SaaS.
• Proven experience building and scaling AI-led or workflow-heavy enterprise products.
• Strong technical depth -- understands LLMs, agents, reasoning, orchestration, prompts, model constraints.
• Experience taking products from 0?1 and 1?N in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, narrative clarity, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, with ability to attract and grow top product talent.
• A builder with deep customer empathy and a bias for action.
