Team Size: 5 Analysts / Sales Operations Analysts
We seek a Consulting Director to lead iQuanti's proposal response function. You will manage a team of analysts, oversee high-value RFP submissions, develop winning strategies, and craft solutions that align with client needs--especially in BFSI and other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & StrategyManage and mentor a team of 5 Analysts/Sales Ops Analysts, ensuring quality and timely RFP responses
Shape proposal strategy, identifying differentiators to boost win rates
Align proposal efforts with business development and market growth goals
Proposal DevelopmentOversee the complete RFP lifecycle from qualification to submission
Review and approve all responses for accuracy, compliance, and impact
Coordinate with Solutions, Analytics, SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Design, and Account teams
Pricing & SolutionsLead pricing strategy with finance and delivery teams
Translate client requirements into tailored functional solutions across our digital marketing offerings
Build persuasive business cases demonstrating ROI
Knowledge ManagementMaintain a central library of templates, case studies, and solution frameworks
Drive continuous improvement through win/loss analysis
Client InteractionJoin client presentations and proposal defenses
Engage pre-proposal to understand needs and position strengths
Collaborate with Sales/BD to pursue strategic opportunities
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or related field
8-12 years' experience, with 5+ years in proposal/RFP leadership and 3-5 years in digital marketing/performance marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Analytics, and CRO
Proven track record managing RFP teams and complex submissions
Experience with BFSI or other regulated sectors preferred
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
PreferredAgency or consulting background
Knowledge of marketing tech platforms
APMP or PMP certification
High win rates and measurable revenue impact
