Role Overview:

Will be responsible for designing
and architecting AI-driven solutions tailored for Finance/Accounting sector. A
highly skilled Business Process Automation (BPA) Solution Lead with domain
expertise in Finance and Accounting to design, implement, and optimize intelligent
automation solutions that streamline core financial processes. Will work at the
intersection of finance, technology, and process improvement--partnering with
cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability using
tools like RPA, workflow engines, AI/ML, and data analytics. Will work on RFP,
RFQs , Solution Decks and closely with customers to assess their needs and
design customized solutions that involve leveraging core Exela proprietary
products.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements analysis and process definition Product suitability evaluation and end-to-end process definition in P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A processes Work on the end-to-end AI-basedsolutions, including architecture design, integration, solution workflows,pricing and proposal response support leveraging Exela proprietary products. Act as the technical point of contact for clients, guiding them through the AI/ML solution adoption process. Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing proprietary products and customer infrastructure/ecosystem. Create business process flows - as-is and to-be in P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A Include product components involved and their features explaining how the scope in the RFP is mapped to the solution. Understand SLAs (TAT and Quality parameters) and base solution on these expectations Collaborate with Finance, IT,and Compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver projects. Communicate technical concepts in non-technical language to business stakeholders. Work with IT Infra, Operations and Technical Implementation teams to arrive at inputs for pricing Work with Business Finance team and facilitate pricing Solution Architecture Definition System design and integration definition Realization of Architecture to Design aligning to customer needs Elicit solution differentiators and value proposition Ability to work independently and with strong communication skills.
