Key Responsibilities:

Lead design projects, ensuring client goals are met with innovative solutions



Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring timely project completion



Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams for seamless execution



Stay updated on industry trends and improve design strategies



Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field



12+ years of experience in design management, preferably in commercial real estate



Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership



Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions



Excellent communication and presentation skills



Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)



Knowledge of sustainability practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) is advantageous



Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
