Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)Ensure all members of the legal teamwork efficiently Ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, and corporate governance to mitigate risks. Overseeing the over-all operations of the PH Legal Department Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws Drafting, negotiating, and vetting contracts, legal documents and agreements. Collaborate with legal counsels and business units to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation Review reports and legal documents to management and external regulatory bodies, as appropriate. Monitor and work with external legal counsel when required. POC/Lead on data privacy related matters impacting the Everise group. Oversee and provide guidance on applicable data privacy laws and company policies related to data privacy enforcement within the Everise group.

KnowledgeQualification: Bachelor of Law Degree Must be a licensed attorney to practice law Experience: 10-12 years of experience
