Join Dexcom as a leader in country-wide engagement, regulatory compliance, facilities management, and brand creation within India. You'll drive cross-functional consistency, develop operational plans, and foster a culture of lean, operational excellence. Where you come in:

You provide country-wide engagement, ensuring local regulatory compliance, facilities management, and creating Dexcom's brand within India. You drive cross-functional consistency across India. You develop operations-related plans, capacity, budgets, infrastructure, safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and measure performance ongoing. You drive process improvements through the definition of goals, technologies, and systems in conjunction with functional and/or matrix leaders. You develop and sustain a culture of lean, operational excellence. You support the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient start-up and operation of the function. You understand and support the local and regional cultures and norms. You become connected with the community and act on Dexcom's behalf and best representation. You maintain harmony with the local government and communities. You operate effectively in a matrix environment.

What makes you successful:

You have a bachelor's degree with 17+ years of industry experience. Your 13+ years of successful leadership experience in a relevant industry is essential. You are effectively able to operate in a complex or matrix environment. You direct and control the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas. You consistently work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Your thorough assessment of factors identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction. You understand that erroneous decisions will have a long-term effect on the company's success.

Experience and Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of industry experience 10+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
