Key Responsibilities

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering



Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing structures, and customer contracts. Provide deal shaping support --including bid models, margin simulations, and scenario analysis. Monitor customer-level and product-level profitability; drive corrective actions to improve margin quality. Develop commercial KPIs and dashboards with FP&A to measure growth, retention, and return on investment.

Contract Governance & Risk Management



Oversee financial aspects of long-term contracts, service-level agreements, and large tenders. Ensure commercial terms are financially sound, legally compliant, and risk-adjusted. Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and escalate potential exposures. Manage credit risk and collections in partnership with sales/GSC teams.

Performance Management



Lead monthly reviews of revenue, margin, and pipeline performance versus targets along with the vertical CFOs. Provide insight into sales funnel conversion, pricing discipline, and promotional ROI. Support working capital efficiency by aligning payment terms, credit, and pricing strategy. Drive sales teams and customers / meet, speak and ensure reconciliation of customer accounts for overdue to ensure no provisioning on account of bad debts Ensure ideal DSO is always achieved with no overdue.

Strategic Support



Contribute to go-to-market strategies by assessing channel profitability and market-entry economics. Support M&A and partnership evaluations from a commercial/market perspective. Partner on new product launches, ensuring financial viability and post-launch performance tracking.

Leadership & Systems



Lead and develop a commercial finance team that partners closely with business units. Champion use of BI tools, ERP data, and analytics to drive sharper decision-making. Build a culture of financial accountability and commercial discipline across the organization. * Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
