Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Develops digital products and modules including concept and circuit design as well as physical implementation (applying pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation methods).
• Has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units
• Develops plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments
• Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives
• Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
• Manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals
• Provides input to functional or departmental strategy

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 15+ years relevant working experience, thereof 5+ years relevant management experience
• RTL Architecture & Micro-Architecture.
• Enhance Quality, Efficiency & Innovativeness of RTL Design and Design Verification Teams and Methodologies
• Create an impact on product competitiveness, roadmap and business objectives through Design/DV/Problem Solving
• Lead by example on customer problem solving related to USB/configuration
