In this role, you will lead a team of facilities management experts\xe2\x80\x94while creating a working environment that promotes collaboration, performance, and personal growth. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also play an essential role in boosting our talents\xe2\x80\x99 career growth and employee retention through trainings and stable succession plans. You will help motivate the team and usher them into victory over difficult business decisions. Likewise, you will serve as an important mediator who will settle rifts and arguments should conflicts arise.

Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll take charge of the site\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations targets, process compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the delivery of all operational requirements in accordance with the clients\xe2\x80\x99 scope of works
• Support the implementation of operational procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods, reliability of systems and consistency across the hubs/country
• Work with the respective country leads and site teams to address specific operational issues
• Drive initiatives such as user experience programs, JLL system roll-outs, training programs/workshops and other initiatives as appropriate, through coordinating implementation and consistency across the Region
• Implement Client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc.
• Actively work closely with the Finance, Engineering and Hospitality teams to ensure that all site financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and financial processes as well as controls are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures
• Ensure data integrity of all systems across the Region and perform audits from time to time
• Oversee and monitor SLA/KPI performance across the sub region and support hubs/country to address issues and ensure they are meeting or exceeding target scores
• Generate reports and conduct presentations as per the service delivery requirements and overall account management.

Do you have at least 13 to 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field? If so, we would be more than happy to work with you. At JLL, we\xe2\x80\x99ll let you fully demonstrate your expertise in property management, planning and organisational skills, and knack for addressing complex operational issues on a daily basis.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll face a wide range of clients and senior-level officers, so superior oral and written communication skills are essential. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have proven track record of managing and resolving conflicts between client and firm requirements.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. Your experience in effectively training staff and promoting open and collaborative working relationships are also valued. Are you all out on trying new ideas and working with diverse teams?
