Your Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you won't just run campaigns--you'll design them with purpose. You'll work with a mix of AI tools and ad platforms to execute high-performing strategies. The role demands strategic oversight, experimentation, client understanding, and smart delegation to automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing).
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ad automation platforms) to accelerate campaign execution, copywriting, and reporting.
Define audience segments, match messaging to intent, and optimize creative briefs.
Monitor budgets and fine-tune bids to maximize ROI, not just clicks.
Interpret campaign data using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards.
Stay on top of AI and ad tech trends to continuously modernize our internal processes.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients--translate business goals into measurable campaign KPIs.
Ensure quality control of campaign logic, messaging consistency, and brand alignment.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key advertising platforms and vendors, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Facebook (Lead Generation and Catalogue Campaigns), and LinkedIn Ads, to drive effective digital marketing outcomes Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Web Trends.
Basic understanding of HTML and XML is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

: - Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) & Meta Blue Print Certification
2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT for ad creation, summaries, research, and automation.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proficient with Excel, Google Data Studio, and campaign dashboards.
Strong strategic mindset, communication skills, and attention to performance metrics.
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt quickly to platform and tech changes.
Leadership attitude--comfortable guiding others and owning campaign outcomes.
