The position focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies to increase website visibility, traffic, and conversions. The role requires strong technical SEO skills, content collaboration, and cross-team coordination to align marketing with business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market studies.
Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for SEO.
Improve site performance (speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals).
Guide content team on keyword integration, linking, and clustering.
Manage ethical link-building and guest posting campaigns.
Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with SEO goals.
Drive traffic through social, email, and content campaigns.
Build relationships with industry blogs and influencers.
Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO tools.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams for alignment.
Recommend continuous improvements and new content opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-4 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
Knowledge of social media and content planning.
Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Brevo.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
Bonus: Experience in customer growth, promotion, and broader marketing.
