GUVI is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads and others.
? Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
? Manage budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
? Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
? Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
