Sr Digital Marketer - Strategy, Social Media & Paid Ads

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (India)

Experience: 5 + years (Minimum 3-4 years in a Digital Agency)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can strategize, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing efforts for multiple clients across industries. The role requires hands-on expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising (Google, Instagram & LinkedIn), along with the ability to pitch ideas, collaborate with teams, and drive measurable growth for both clients and the Agency (Pixielit Studios).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Strategy & Client Leadership

- Develop digital marketing strategies for startups, SMEs, and corporates

- Translate business goals into actionable social & paid media plans

- Handle young founders as well as corporate stakeholders

- Lead strategy discussions, reviews, and performance meetings

- Support leadership in new client pitches and proposals

2. Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy

- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

- Create monthly content calendars and campaign themes

- Drive engagement, reach, and brand positioning

- Work closely with design & web teams on concepts and execution

- Track trends and suggest innovative content formats

3. Paid Advertising (Hands-on)

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on:

Google Ads Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) LinkedIn Ads
- Define targeting, budgets, creatives, and KPIs

- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and awareness

- Track CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions

- Prepare paid media performance reports

- Manage ads for clients and the Agency

4. Agency & In-House Brand Growth

- Build strong digital presence for Pixielit Studios

- Plan organic + paid campaigns for agency branding and lead generation

- Position the agency as a credible digital partner

5. Team Collaboration & Execution

- Collaborate with design , web , SEO, and performance teams

- Lead execution through clear briefs and coordination

- Be a strong team player with an ownership mindset

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 5 + years of experience in Digital Marketing &

- Strong hands-on experience with Google, Instagram & LinkedIn Ads

- Agency experience handling multiple industries

- Strong understanding of content, branding & performance marketing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strategic thinker with execution mindset

GOOD TO HAVE

- Exposure to international clients

- Knowledge of SEO & conversion optimization

- Experience with branding-led campaigns

- B2B & LinkedIn marketing experience

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
