who excels in performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO, creative storytelling, and eCommerce marketing across Shopify, WooCommerce, and other D2C platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on ability to plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major advertising networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO.
Build SEO-driven content strategies and optimise website/blogs for ranking.
Improve organic reach and keyword positions using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4.
2. Performance Marketing (Full-Funnel)Google Ads
Run and optimise Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube campaigns.
Improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale conversions.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and retargeting.
A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments.
TikTok Ads
Create short-form video campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Manage creators' content and optimise for native engagement.
Snapchat Ads
Set up and optimise Snapchat ad campaigns for branding and conversions.
Analyse Pixel/SDK data to improve results.

Influencer-driven paid promotions
Run full-funnel eCommerce marketing for Shopify & WooCommerce stores.
Set up and optimise conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and events.
Improve product pages, funnels, cart conversions, upsell/cross-sell strategies.
Manage email/SMS automation through Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Plan seasonal sale strategies, offers, and remarketing funnels.
4. Social Media Strategy & Creative Planning
Create monthly social media calendars with engaging content, reels, and stories.
Develop brand storytelling strategies to increase engagement and brand recall.
Work with designers & editors to produce high-quality creatives (static + video).
Manage community engagement, comments, DM responses, and audience growth.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Growth
Track KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, Engagement, Organic Traffic, etc.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
Run experiments (A/B tests) across ads, landing pages, creatives, and offers.
Analyse customer journey and optimise funnels for better conversion rates.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Manage influencer collaborations and UGC creators.
Conduct market & competitor research to find growth opportunities.
Identify new marketing tools, trends, and platforms to stay ahead.
Coordinate with the design, content, and product teams for campaign alignment.
Handle brand communication and ensure consistency across all channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads
.
Proven experience in
Shopify & WooCommerce marketing
.
Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, and keyword planning.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Shopify/WooCommerce dashboards.
Experience in managing ad budgets, scaling campaigns, and improving ROAS.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with D2C brands or agencies.
Knowledge of video editing tools (basic level).
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools.
Understanding of eCommerce merchandising, catalogue management, and CRO.
