Key Responsibilities
Lead client communications with professionalism while working closely with delivery leads
Create, manage, and execute integrated project plans aligned with client strategies and business goals
Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Guide project estimation and oversee creation of key project deliverables
Monitor and manage project scope across the full project lifecycle
Track and evaluate digital marketing performance using ROI, KPIs, and defined objectives
Maintain project health dashboards and ensure regular performance monitoring
Establish and document repeatable project management processes
Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Client Services, and Executive Sponsors for smooth client delivery
Lead enterprise-level digital projects from planning through execution
Ensure milestones, deadlines, and goals are consistently achieved
Identify risks, track tasks, and proactively resolve issues before impacting delivery
Prepare accurate resource allocation and time forecasting
Mentor and guide other Project Managers within the team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree with
5+ years of experience
in digital media, digital marketing, or analytics in a project management role
Strong agency experience managing digital media, technology, and analytics projects
Hands-on experience with
SEO, SEM strategies, and keyword research
Good understanding of analytics tools, especially
Google Analytics
Knowledge of
OpenAir or NetSuite
is an added advantage
Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple deliverables
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in
English (mandatory)
