Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects across multiple clients
Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely and high-quality execution
Coordinate with SEO, SEM, analytics, creative, and technical teams
Communicate regularly with clients and manage expectations effectively
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery
Support business growth through strong client relationship management
Mentor junior project managers and team members
Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
in digital marketing or agency-side project management
Strong experience managing digital marketing and analytics projects in an agency environment
Good understanding of
SEO, SEM, and keyword research
Experience working with
Google Analytics and other performance marketing tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong multitasking, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
