Job Summary:

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns, social media presence, SEO/SEM strategies, and online brand growth to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages for lead generation. Develop engaging content strategies for social media and blogs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Lead digital marketing team members and coordinate with design and sales teams. Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging tools. Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing management. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Creative thinking and ability to deliver measurable results.
