Senior Digital Marketing Manager

leads the full digital strategy of a company, driving brand visibility, online growth, customer engagement, and revenue through multiple digital channels. This role oversees a team and ensures all campaigns deliver maximum performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning



Develop the overall digital marketing roadmap for the company. Identify growth opportunities across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Set monthly and yearly marketing targets.

2. Team Leadership



Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, SMM, ads, content, design). Delegate tasks and review team performance. Coordinate with sales, brand, and product teams.

3. Campaign Execution & Optimization



Lead Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns. Oversee LinkedIn Ads and YouTube campaigns. Optimize CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI.

4. SEO & Website Growth



Create SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Review keyword plans, backlink strategies, and content quality. Ensure website UX, speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

5. Content & Social Media Oversight



Approve content calendars, creatives, and brand messaging. Oversee blogs, videos, reels, email content, and landing pages. Maintain consistent brand presence across all channels.

6. Analytics & Reporting



Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management.

7. Budget & Vendor Management



Set and manage digital marketing budgets. Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and external vendors. Negotiate contracts and monitor deliverables.
