Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
Lead ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
Optimize CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS across paid channels.
Manage remarketing, location-based, and audience segmentation campaigns.
Analytics & Growth
Track, analyze, and report digital KPIs (traffic, conversions, bounce rate, etc.).
Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar for optimization.
Continuously A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and audience groups.
Strategy & Planning
Design quarterly digital roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Manage media budgets and allocate spends across platforms.
Develop marketing funnels for awareness ? engagement ? conversion.
Content & SEO
Oversee content marketing (blogs, videos, creatives) for traffic and branding.
Lead SEO strategy including keyword planning, on-page & off-page SEO.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and agencies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work with the website, product, and sales teams to align on campaign goals.
Mentor junior marketers and manage external digital partners/agencies.
