We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, leads, and revenue.

Experience & Eligibility

4-8+ years of experience in digital marketing Proven experience in managing campaigns across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Performance Marketing Experience in agency or multi-brand environments is preferred Leadership and team management experience
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies Manage and optimize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns Plan and execute lead generation and performance marketing campaigns Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports and insights Manage digital marketing budgets and ROI Lead and mentor the digital marketing team Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams Identify new growth opportunities and digital trends Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Work with clients to understand business goals and deliver results
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (GA4, GSC, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.) Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and lead generation Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Preferred Skills

Experience in digital agency environment Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools Advanced analytics and reporting skills Strong client handling and presentation skills
