Whom are we looking for: We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will lead all our marketing activities from digital campaigns to social media, advertising, and creative projects. Responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. Your contribution to the team: Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth using different marketing channels like paid ads, emails, SEO, PR, marketplaces, content, affiliates, influencers, referrals, and more. Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital paid campaigns, and manage budgets across digital channels like Meta, LinkedIn, google, and DSPs. Ensure strong ROI Organic Marketing: Create an omnichannel Funnel to increase organic reach, and leverage various platforms like social media, events, SEO, and native blogs. Develop a growing userbase on our web and app using TOF strategies Brand: Strategize and develop branding activities to build trust and awareness in owned, earned, and paid user base Retention Marketing Strategy: implement various retention strategies to monetize the existing user base. Leverage emails, segmenting, WhatsApp, app notifications and more. Ensure a strong ROI and sustainable revenue base Distribution Strategy: develop and implement strategies to build a monetizable user base while ensuring cost-effective CACs and relevant audience base Financial Ownership: Take ownership of the marketing budget and the company\'s revenue, working closely with other functional leaders Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies, including setting goals, managing budgets, and prioritizing initiatives, while running data-driven experiments to optimize the marketing strategy. Omnichannel Campaigns: Leverage customer insights to create integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on top-line metrics such as revenue, customers, AOV, and customer LTV/CAC. KPI Measurement & Reporting: Rigorously measure KPIs and progress towards growth objectives, providing reporting and insights for executives and the entire organization. Traffic KPI Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media channels to ensure consistent growth and visibility Team Leadership: Build and lead a highly efficient team of marketing professionals, fostering effective coordination with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. What defines Success in this role Ability to drive Monthly revenue growth using various marketing channels Ability to strategize marketing activities to best optimize costs, while focusing on top-line Ability to establish the brand in the minds of the target audience, and build trust over a period of time Ability to build and lead the marketing team Must have experience and skills: 7 years of B2C / D2C consumer-facing startup experience; eg. edtech, fintech Experienced in Facebook for Business, Google Adwords, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, social media and User journey tracking Should have worked with sizable monthly marketing budgets in the past, ability to manage budgets and take the right decisions.
