Togwe Private Limited is currently seeking for Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Summary:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services across digital channels. Your role will involve utilizing a range of techniques such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, content creation, and performance analysis. Develop and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend new strategies and tools to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach and grow our customer base. Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized digital marketing tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience 2+ in digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or tech industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance and drive business results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
