About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. This role requires strong expertise in

lead generation, performance marketing, team handling, and ROI-focused strategies

, especially within the

real estate domain

.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns while working closely with the sales and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage

Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube campaigns

Own

lead generation strategy

(local & international) Handle monthly ad budgets and optimize

CPL & ROAS

Build and manage funnels (Landing pages, CRM, follow-ups) Lead and mentor the digital marketing team Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality & closures Analyze campaign performance and prepare

weekly & monthly reports

Implement A/B testing, audience targeting & creative optimization Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years

of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Proven experience in

real estate or lead-generation campaigns

Strong hands-on knowledge of: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Analytics & reporting Experience handling

large ad budgets

Team management and leadership skills Strong analytical & decision-making abilities Excellent communication & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

Real Estate / Property / Builder marketing

Knowledge of CRM tools & automation Experience with international lead campaigns (Dubai / GCC is a plus) Agency background is an added advantage
