We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can lead and execute complete digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in SEO, Social Media, Content Creation, Facebook & Google Ads, and Campaign Management.

This role requires someone who is creative, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple platforms and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO On-page & off-page optimization

Keyword research & ranking improvement

Website traffic growth & backlink strategy

Social Media Management:

Handle complete social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Content creation, posting, scheduling & audience engagement

Drive organic & paid growth across platforms

Paid Ads (Google Ads & Facebook Ads):

Plan, create & manage ad campaigns

Monitor ad performance & ROI optimization

A/B testing of creatives & ad copies

Content Creation & Strategy:

Write & edit engaging content for ads, blogs, social media & websites

Work with design/video team for creative ad campaigns

Ensure brand voice & consistency

Analytics & Reporting:

Track & analyze KPIs for campaigns

Provide weekly & monthly reports on performance

Suggest improvements based on insights

Team & Client Coordination:

Guide junior team members & interns

Coordinate with clients for campaign updates & approvals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Strong expertise in SEO, Social Media, FB Ads, Google Ads

Knowledge of latest digital tools, analytics & trends

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong creative & analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and lead projects
